Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. It is entertainment you pay for, never a way to earn money or clear a debt.
Watch for the warning signs. Chasing losses, depositing more to finish a wagering requirement, hiding play from family, borrowing to fund a session, or thinking about the next deposit during work all point the same way.
Every licensed operator lets you set a deposit limit, a loss limit and a session reminder in account settings, and self exclusion closes the account for a period you choose. Set those limits before you deposit, not after.
